Our Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY

• To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required immediately, full payment must be received within 15 days prior to the transfer date.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY

•   A 50% deposit is required to book a shuttle.

• Cancellations received within 7 days of the shuttle date a full refund less 5% percent for the administrative cost will be charged.

• Cancellations received within 3 days of the shuttle date, a  70% refunded of the amount paid.

• Cancellation received at a later date will not be refunded.

• All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed by Julian Shuttles and Transfer. No Shows or Premature departure (No Refund).

• We accept VISA, & MASTER CARD for payments.
